Privacy Summary: This Privacy Policy explains how GenTenX collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal information, financial information, uploaded documents, and related communications in connection with the GenTenX website, financial analysis report purchases, uploads, scheduling, report delivery, review calls, and customer support.

This Privacy Policy applies to information provided directly by customers, information collected automatically through the website and related technologies, and information received from service providers that help GenTenX operate its business. It does not apply to websites, platforms, applications, or services operated by third parties unless those services are expressly controlled by GenTenX.

2. Information GenTenX Collects

GenTenX may collect personal, business, financial, technical, transactional, and communication-related information depending on how a customer or visitor interacts with the website and services.

Information collected may include contact information such as name, email address, phone number if provided, business name, billing details, mailing address if provided, and other information submitted through forms, checkout pages, scheduling tools, or email communications.

GenTenX may collect order and transaction information, including report package selected, order date, payment status, payment confirmation, invoice details, refund or cancellation communications, chargeback or dispute-related information, and customer-service records.

GenTenX may collect uploaded financial and business information, including financial statements, income statements, balance sheets, cash-flow information, business records, tax-related documents if provided, debt information, operating metrics, entity information, supporting documentation, and other materials submitted by the customer for analysis.

GenTenX may collect scheduling and communication information, including selected review-call times, calendar bookings, meeting links, emails, support requests, questions, report-related messages, customer preferences, and other communications between the customer and GenTenX.

GenTenX may also collect website and technical information, including IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring website, pages visited, time spent on the website, form activity, cookies, analytics data, security logs, spam-prevention data, and similar information collected through website technologies.

3. How GenTenX Uses Information

GenTenX uses information to provide, support, improve, and protect its website and financial analysis report services. This includes using information to process report orders, verify payment status, collect required customer materials, prepare custom financial analysis reports, schedule review calls, deliver completed reports, communicate with customers, provide support, and maintain appropriate business records.

GenTenX may use customer information to evaluate submitted financial materials, prepare report findings, support report quality control, confirm report scope, respond to customer questions, review correction requests, administer refunds or cancellations when applicable, and resolve customer-service matters.

GenTenX may also use information for billing, payment verification, fraud prevention, website security, file-upload support, operational improvement, internal recordkeeping, legal compliance, tax and accounting records, dispute resolution, enforcement of GenTenX policies, and protection of GenTenX’s rights, customers, website, systems, and business operations.

Uploaded financial information is used primarily to prepare, review, deliver, support, and maintain the purchased report and related service records. GenTenX does not use uploaded financial documents for unrelated advertising purposes, and GenTenX does not sell customer financial documents.

4. Financial Information and Uploaded Documents

GenTenX customers may submit financial information and business records so that GenTenX can prepare a custom financial analysis report. Customers should upload only information they are authorized to provide and only information reasonably necessary for the purchased report.

Customers are responsible for reviewing documents before upload and for removing or redacting unnecessary sensitive information when practical. Customers should not submit Social Security numbers, full bank-account numbers, passwords, personal medical information, or unrelated sensitive information unless GenTenX specifically requests it or the information is reasonably necessary for the purchased report. Customers should also avoid uploading irrelevant account numbers, unrelated personal details, information about third parties not needed for the report, or materials outside the scope of the requested analysis.

If a customer submits information relating to a business, entity, employee, owner, partner, client, or other third party, the customer represents that they have the authority to provide that information to GenTenX for the requested services.

GenTenX treats uploaded financial information with care and uses it for legitimate business and service purposes related to the customer’s order. These purposes may include report preparation, quality control, customer support, correction review, dispute resolution, legal compliance, tax or accounting records, internal recordkeeping, and enforcement of GenTenX policies.

GenTenX does not sell uploaded financial documents or report materials. GenTenX may share uploaded information only as reasonably necessary with service providers, professional advisors, or other parties described in this Privacy Policy.

5. Payment Information

Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors. GenTenX may not directly collect or store full payment-card numbers, complete payment credentials, or complete bank-account credentials unless expressly stated through the applicable payment process.

Third-party payment processors may collect, process, transmit, and store payment information under their own terms, privacy policies, security practices, and compliance obligations. Customers should review the privacy practices of the applicable payment processor before submitting payment information.

GenTenX may retain transaction-related records, including order confirmations, payment status, invoice information, refund records, cancellation records, chargeback or dispute records, customer communications, and related business, tax, accounting, and legal records.

6. Cookies, Analytics, and Website Technologies

The GenTenX website may use cookies, pixels, analytics tools, form tools, security tools, spam-prevention tools, embedded content, and similar technologies. These technologies may support website functionality, checkout, scheduling, file uploads, forms, security, fraud prevention, analytics, user experience, and operational improvement.

Cookies are small files or similar technologies that may be stored on a user’s device. Some cookies may be necessary for the website to function properly, while others may help GenTenX understand website activity, improve content, support security, or remember certain preferences.

Visitors may be able to control cookies through browser settings or other available cookie tools. Disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality, availability, checkout process, scheduling process, upload process, or performance of the website.

If the website includes embedded content, such as videos, forms, scheduling widgets, payment tools, maps, social media features, or other third-party content, those third-party services may collect information as if the visitor interacted directly with the third-party service. GenTenX does not control all third-party tracking, cookies, or privacy practices associated with embedded content.

7. How Information Is Shared

GenTenX does not sell customer personal information, uploaded financial documents, or report materials. GenTenX may share information only as reasonably necessary to operate the business, provide services, protect the website and customers, comply with law, enforce policies, or support legitimate business purposes.

GenTenX may share information with service providers that help operate the website and business, including payment processors, website hosting providers, scheduling platforms, file-upload or storage providers, email service providers, analytics providers, security tools, spam-prevention services, customer-support tools, document-management providers, and other operational vendors.

GenTenX may also share information with professional advisors, including attorneys, accountants, tax professionals, consultants, insurers, or other advisors when reasonably necessary for business, legal, tax, accounting, compliance, dispute-resolution, or risk-management purposes.

GenTenX may disclose information when required or permitted by law, legal process, subpoena, court order, government request, fraud-prevention need, security investigation, chargeback or payment dispute, policy enforcement, or protection of GenTenX’s rights, property, customers, systems, or business operations.

Service providers and advisors should receive only information reasonably necessary to perform their role. However, third-party service providers may have their own privacy practices, systems, security procedures, and legal obligations.

8. Confidentiality and Security Measures

GenTenX uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect customer information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These safeguards may include access controls, secure service providers, operational procedures, file-management practices, and other measures appropriate to the nature of the information and the services provided.

No website, email system, upload process, file-storage system, internet transmission, or electronic communication can be guaranteed to be completely secure. GenTenX cannot promise absolute security, but GenTenX treats customer information with care and uses reasonable efforts to protect information in a manner consistent with the nature of its services.

Customers also play an important role in protecting their information. Customers should use secure devices and networks, avoid uploading sensitive documents over unsecured public Wi-Fi when possible, protect their email accounts, avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information, and notify GenTenX promptly if they believe their information or communications may have been compromised.

9. Data Retention

GenTenX retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, prepare and support reports, respond to customer questions, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, satisfy tax and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, enforce policies, prevent fraud, support security, and protect GenTenX’s rights and business operations.

Uploaded documents, completed reports, report workpapers, customer communications, transaction records, scheduling records, refund or cancellation records, correction requests, and support records may be retained for reasonable business, legal, compliance, tax, accounting, security, and recordkeeping purposes.

GenTenX may delete, archive, de-identify, or anonymize information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to operational, legal, tax, accounting, security, dispute-resolution, and recordkeeping considerations. GenTenX does not promise a specific deletion timeline unless expressly stated in writing.

10. Customer Choices and Privacy Requests

Customers may contact GenTenX to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or review of certain personal information by emailing info@GenTenX.com. GenTenX will review privacy requests in a reasonable manner and may need to verify the identity or authority of the person making the request before responding.

Some information may not be subject to deletion or may need to be retained even after a privacy request. This may include transaction records, order history, payment confirmations, tax and accounting records, legal records, security logs, dispute records, policy-enforcement records, completed reports, report-support records, and information needed to comply with law or protect legal rights.

GenTenX may decline or limit a request when permitted by law, when the request cannot be reasonably verified, when the request conflicts with legal or business recordkeeping obligations, when the information is needed to complete a service requested by the customer, or when the request would interfere with security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or the rights of others.

11. Email Communications

When you provide contact information, such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, or other contact details, you authorize GenTenX and service providers acting on GenTenX’s behalf to contact you regarding your inquiry, report order, uploaded materials, scheduling, report delivery, customer support, payment-related matters, policy notices, security notices, and other service-related communications.

If you submit a contact form, request information, or otherwise provide contact information before purchasing a report, GenTenX may use that information to respond to your inquiry, provide information about GenTenX services, and follow up regarding report options. GenTenX may send promotional or marketing emails where permitted or where you have opted in, and you may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time.

If you purchase a report or otherwise request GenTenX services, GenTenX may send transactional and service-related emails, text messages, phone calls, or other communications, depending on the contact information provided and the nature of the request or service. These communications may include order confirmations, payment-related notices, upload instructions, scheduling confirmations, review-call reminders, report-related communications, correction or support responses, policy notices, security notices, and other communications related to a customer’s order or use of the website.

Opting out of marketing communications will not prevent GenTenX from sending necessary transactional, service-related, legal, security, payment-related, or administrative communications. GenTenX will not treat submission of a phone number as consent to receive marketing text messages unless separate marketing text-message consent is obtained where required.

12. Third-Party Links, Platforms, and Embedded Content

The GenTenX website and services may include links to or integrations with third-party websites, platforms, applications, or services. These may include payment processors, scheduling platforms, file-upload or storage systems, email providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, security tools, embedded media, or other operational services.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, security practices, and data-handling procedures. GenTenX is not responsible for the privacy practices, security practices, content, policies, outages, errors, or actions of third-party services that are not controlled by GenTenX.

Customers should review the privacy policies of third-party services before submitting information through those services.

13. Children’s Privacy

GenTenX services are intended for adults, business owners, professionals, and customers seeking financial analysis reports. GenTenX does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.

If a parent or guardian believes that a child has submitted personal information to GenTenX, the parent or guardian may contact GenTenX at info@GenTenX.com. GenTenX will review the request and take reasonable steps to delete the information if required and appropriate.

14. State, National, and International Privacy Considerations

Privacy rights may vary depending on where a customer or visitor lives. Depending on applicable law, some individuals may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or information about certain disclosures of personal information.

GenTenX will review privacy requests in light of applicable law, the nature of the information, the customer relationship, business recordkeeping requirements, legal obligations, security considerations, and the operational needs of the service. GenTenX does not represent that every privacy law applies to every customer, visitor, transaction, or interaction.

Customers located outside the United States should understand that information submitted to GenTenX may be processed in the United States or through service providers that support GenTenX’s business operations. By using the website or services, customers acknowledge that information may be transferred, processed, and stored in locations that may have different privacy laws than their place of residence.

15. Do Not Track and Preference Signals

Some browsers or devices may offer “Do Not Track” signals or similar privacy preference signals. The GenTenX website may not respond to every browser-based signal or preference mechanism, particularly where no consistent industry standard has been adopted or where the website’s service providers do not support the signal.

Visitors may control certain cookies and tracking technologies through browser settings, device settings, available cookie tools, or third-party opt-out tools where applicable. Disabling certain technologies may affect website functionality or user experience.

16. Security Incident Response

If GenTenX becomes aware of a security incident that may affect customer information, GenTenX will evaluate the nature and scope of the incident and take reasonable steps under the circumstances. These steps may include investigating the issue, working with service providers, taking remedial measures, and providing notice when required by applicable law.

GenTenX does not guarantee that every attempted intrusion, suspicious activity, technical issue, or third-party service event will result in individual notice. Notice obligations depend on the nature of the incident, the information involved, applicable law, and the facts reasonably available at the time.

17. Policy Updates

GenTenX may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in services, website operations, technology, legal requirements, third-party platforms, or business practices. The effective date at the top of the policy identifies the current version.

Changes to this Privacy Policy apply prospectively unless otherwise stated or required by law. Continued use of the GenTenX website or services after an updated Privacy Policy is posted means the updated Privacy Policy applies going forward.

If GenTenX makes material changes to this Privacy Policy, GenTenX may provide notice through the website, by email, or by other appropriate means.
