Refund & Cancellation Policy

Clear, professional policy terms for GenTenX financial analysis reports,
custom valuation work, and research-based analytical deliverables.

Effective Date: May 1, 2026

Policy Summary: Customers may cancel within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, payments are final and non-refundable except under the limited refund exceptions stated in this policy. GenTenX reports require timely customer-provided financials and scheduling of a report review call. The selected available review-call date serves as the report delivery and review date, subject to receipt of required financial information and GenTenX’s scheduling availability.

1. Overview

GenTenX provides professional financial analysis and research-based reporting services. Each report may require customer-provided financial statements, company information, supporting documentation, market or company-specific review, analytical judgment, drafting, and quality control. This Refund and Cancellation Policy is designed to give customers a clear cancellation right while recognizing the time, expertise, and resources required to prepare each report.

By purchasing a GenTenX report or analytical service, you acknowledge and agree that your order is subject to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.

2. 24-Hour Cancellation Period

Customers may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting GenTenX at info@gentenx.com and providing their name, order number or payment confirmation, date of purchase, and the report or service purchased.

If a cancellation request is received within 24 hours of purchase, GenTenX will review the request and, if approved, issue a refund to the original payment method, less any applicable payment processing fees or third-party transaction charges where permitted.

After the 24-hour cancellation period has expired, the purchase is final and non-refundable, except under the limited refund exceptions stated in this policy.

3. Finality of Payment After 24 Hours

After the 24-hour cancellation period has expired, amounts paid are non-refundable except where GenTenX determines that a limited refund exception applies. Refunds are not available because a customer disagrees with the analysis, valuation, assumptions, methodology, findings, market interpretation, risk assessment, or conclusions presented in the report.

GenTenX reports are prepared for informational and analytical purposes based on available information, professional judgment, assumptions, estimates, and market conditions that may change over time. GenTenX does not guarantee any financial, investment, business, valuation, or market outcome.

4. Customer Financial Information, Report Review Calls, and Delivery Timing

GenTenX’s ability to prepare a financial analysis report depends on the customer providing the financial statements, company information, supporting documents, and other materials reasonably required for the purchased report. After checkout, customers are directed to upload the required financial information and schedule a report review call.

The report review call is used to review the completed GenTenX report with the customer, explain key findings and recommendations, and address questions regarding the report. The report review call is not intended to replace the customer’s obligation to provide accurate, complete, and timely financial information before the report is prepared.

Unless a different timeframe is stated at checkout, in the scheduling system, or in a written agreement, the report review call should be scheduled no sooner than 7 calendar days after GenTenX has received payment and the required financial information. This allows GenTenX time to prepare the report with appropriate analysis, review, and quality control.

The customer’s selected available report review call date will serve as the applicable report delivery and review date, provided GenTenX has received the required financial information and any other required materials. If the customer schedules the review call more than 7 calendar days after purchase or more than 7 calendar days after providing the required financial information, the later scheduled review call date will serve as the applicable delivery and review date.

5. Scheduling Availability and Planned Time Away

Report review calls are scheduled based on GenTenX’s available calendar openings. If GenTenX is unavailable due to workload, holidays, business closures, planned time away, professional obligations, or other scheduling limitations, available review-call times may be limited or may begin on a later date.

Customers may schedule a report review call from the available appointment times shown in the scheduling system. The customer’s selected available review-call date will serve as the applicable report delivery and review date, provided GenTenX has received the required financial information and any other required materials.

GenTenX may temporarily pause, limit, or delay acceptance of new purchases, report orders, review-call availability, or delivery windows based on scheduling capacity, workload, holidays, business closures, planned time away, professional obligations, or other operational needs. GenTenX may update scheduling availability, checkout notices, delivery estimates, service availability, or other website information to reflect current capacity and operational needs.

6. Customer Responsiveness and Inactive Orders

If the customer does not provide the required financial information or respond to GenTenX’s reasonable information requests within 10 calendar days of purchase or within 10 calendar days of GenTenX’s request for additional information, GenTenX may place the order on hold, close the order as inactive, or complete the report based on the information reasonably available, at GenTenX’s discretion.

Customer delays in uploading financial information, scheduling the report review call, attending the report review call, rescheduling the report review call, or responding to reasonable follow-up communications will affect the report delivery and review date and will not extend or restart the 24-hour cancellation period or create additional refund rights. Once an order is placed on hold or closed due to customer non-responsiveness, amounts paid remain non-refundable except under the limited refund exceptions stated in this policy.

GenTenX may, but is not required to, reactivate an inactive order if the customer later provides the required information. Reactivation may be subject to GenTenX’s availability, updated scheduling availability, updated delivery timing, and any additional fees if the scope, data, or analysis requirements have materially changed.

7. Delivery Commitment

GenTenX stands behind the scope and delivery of its reports. If GenTenX is unable to provide the purchased report by the applicable scheduled report delivery and review date after receiving the required customer information, and the delay is not caused by the customer or circumstances outside GenTenX’s reasonable control, GenTenX may offer a revised delivery and review date, priority completion, partial refund, account credit, or full refund depending on the circumstances.

A full refund is generally reserved for situations where GenTenX is unable to provide the purchased report or materially fails to provide the stated deliverable.

8. Corrections and Report Quality

GenTenX aims to provide accurate, well-supported, and professionally prepared analysis. If a delivered report contains a factual error, calculation error, formatting issue, delivery-access issue, or materially omits a section expressly included in the purchased scope, the customer must notify GenTenX within 7 calendar days of delivery.

GenTenX will review the issue and, where appropriate, correct, clarify, supplement, or re-deliver the report. Corrections or revisions are the primary remedy for report issues. A refund will be considered only if GenTenX determines that correction or completion is not reasonably possible or that another remedy is appropriate.

9. Limited Refund Exceptions

After the 24-hour cancellation period, refunds may be considered only in limited circumstances, including duplicate payments or accidental duplicate purchases; verified technical delivery failure that GenTenX is unable to resolve; delivery of an incorrect report or materially incorrect deliverable; GenTenX’s inability to provide the purchased report; or GenTenX’s material failure to deliver the stated scope by the applicable scheduled report delivery and review date after receiving the required customer information.

All refund determinations are made after review of the order, the purchased scope, customer-provided information, delivery status, work performed, and the reason for the request.

10. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are not available due to investment losses, missed opportunities, business decisions, market movements, or outcomes that differ from the customer’s expectations. Refunds are also not available because a customer disagrees with, dislikes, or is disappointed by the report’s analysis, valuation, findings, assumptions, methodology, market interpretation, risk assessment, or conclusions.

Financial analysis involves professional opinion, available information, assumptions, estimates, and market conditions that may change over time. GenTenX reports are provided for informational and analytical purposes and do not guarantee any financial, investment, business, valuation, or market result.

11. How to Request a Cancellation, Correction, or Refund Review

To request cancellation, correction, or refund review, customers must contact GenTenX at info@gentenx.com and include their full name, order number or payment confirmation, date of purchase, report or service purchased, reason for the request, and any relevant supporting details.

GenTenX will review eligible requests within 5 business days of receipt. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval, although the timing of funds availability may depend on the customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact GenTenX first so that any delivery, access, correction, or billing issue can be reviewed and resolved promptly. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting GenTenX may delay resolution and may require GenTenX to provide documentation of the order, applicable policy terms, customer communications, work performed, information requests, and delivery status to the payment processor.

13. Policy Updates

GenTenX may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of purchase will generally apply to that purchase unless otherwise required by applicable law.

14. Important Notice

This policy applies only to refunds, cancellations, delivery issues, customer information requirements, inactive orders, and report corrections. It does not modify any separate Terms of Service, disclaimers, engagement terms, or written agreements that may apply to GenTenX services. In the event of a conflict between this policy and a signed written agreement between the customer and GenTenX, the signed written agreement will control.
